Salinas Police Department proudly hosted our first annual Employee Recognition Ceremony—an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence, leadership, and service to the City of Salinas.

The ceremony gave us an opportunity to reflect on the past year, recognize well‑earned promotions, and highlight the outstanding achievements of our sworn and professional staff. We are especially proud to recognize our 2025 Employees of the Year:

These individuals exemplify professionalism, leadership, and service above self. Their work ethic and dedication make a lasting impact not only within our department but throughout the entire Salinas community.
