The Salinas Police Department’s Traffic Unit invites parents and residents to attend a community presentation on electric bicycle (E‑bike), e-scooter, and e-motorcycle safety — offered in both English and Spanish.

These sessions will help families understand the growing use of E‑bikes and mini bikes (aka pocket bikes), along with the legal requirements, safety risks, and parental responsibilities that come with them. Officers will share practical guidance and answer questions about how to keep young riders safe on city streets.

English Presentation: Wednesday, September 30 at 6:00 p.m.
Spanish Presentation: Friday, October 2 at 6:00 p.m.
