Salinas, CA – Chief Carlos Acosta and the Salinas Police Department partnered with Rancho Cielo to host an amazing Career & Resource Fair on May 12, 2025.

This event was more than just a job fair it was a celebration of community, opportunity, and partnership. With 22 amazing vendors, including industries such as medical, technology, agriculture, the armed forces, automotive repair, résumé builders, nonprofits, and a recent Rancho Cielo graduate who now owns and operates a local business. Students had the chance to explore and learn about real world career paths, connecting with people who believe in their potential.

The partnership between Rancho Cielo and the Salinas Police Department continues to create positive change, open doors, and build trust.

Chief Acosta shared powerful words with the students:
