Salinas, CA – Salinas Police Department’s Commander Danny Warner graduated from the FBI National Academy at Quantico, Virginia.

The FBI National Academy requires a tremendous commitment. Danny spent 10 weeks at Quantico, away from his family and friends. He was with about 250 law enforcement leaders from throughout the United States, and international law enforcement leaders from over 25 countries throughout the world.

The FBI National Academy is a professional course of study for U.S. and international law enforcement leaders nominated by their agency heads because of demonstrated leadership qualities. The 10-week program includes rigorous coursework in intelligence theory, terrorism and terrorist mindsets, management science, law, behavioral science, law enforcement communication, and forensic science. It serves to improve law enforcement standards, knowledge, and cooperation worldwide. Less than 1% of Law Enforcement leaders are selected to attend.

Danny is Salinas raised and graduated from North Salinas High School. He continues to strive for greatness in representing his community. We are very proud of Danny for representing Salinas PD and for his outstanding achievement!

Congratulations Commander Warner!!
