Become a Salinas Police Youth Cadet

Come learn what it takes to become a police cadet. We will be hosting an open house Friday, May 16, 2025 at 6 p.m. in the Salinas Police Department Community Room at 312 E. Alisal St., Salinas, CA.

Meet current cadets, chat with SPD officers, and get the inside scoop on one of the coolest youth programs around.

Families are welcome; you can bring the whole crew! We will have answers, resources, and maybe a few snacks!
