Obtain a Report
Accident or Incident (See types below)
The Salinas Police Department has added two links below to assist you in obtaining your accident / crash report or submitting a request for any other type of report.
To purchase a copy of an Accident / Crash Report online select “Accident Report”. Accident reports will be available after 10-15 days from the date of incident. Please allow that time before contacting our Records Unit to inquire about the status of the report.
***To request certain INCIDENT/CRIME reports online such as theft, vandalism, lost property and/or stolen vehicles, select “Request ‘Incident’ Report”. If the report you are requesting involved someone who was arrested, the report may not be released until the case is closed by conviction. Note that not all reports are releasable.
